About the event
We have many exciting volunteer opportunities and we are looking for volunteers to help out with many events this year, including:
- Helping plan and lead field trips for elementary school children at Beaver Lake Bird Sanctuary
- Helping staff tables for BRAC at local festivals and events
- Help with upkeep and maintenance at Beaver Lake
- Advocacy for important conservation issues, either locally through such avenues as Lights Out! Asheville, or through engagement with elected officials on Audubon Advocacy Day.
